I sent flowers to my mom for Mothers day from Teleflora, and she never received them. I have been trying to figure out what went wrong with the delivery for a while now...
Finally today they gave up trying to figure out why they weren't delivered and said, we will send your mother a new bouquet of flowers and where would you like them sent? I gave them the address and they were there within the hour! I was going to be really bent out of shape about it... but they got there so quickly I was actually quite impressed!!
